A Case of Prosecutorial Misconduct? Lead prosecutor in Craig’s case named in NPR investigation

The Ohio Innocence Project has taken up Jason’s case!

Welcome

The purpose of this website is to provide undisputable facts on the corrupt conviction of Harold Jason Craig. Whether you believe Jason was framed by the prosecution or they are covering up the negligent and perjured testimony by their witnesses and investigator, we assure you that the evidence you are about to see would make any reasonable person angry about how easy the system can victimize anyone it wishes. First, we want to start by explaining that the Wood County Ohio prosecutor never received a complaint of theft. The “victim” did not participate in the investigation and never made a single accusation. This began as complaints to the Ohio Attorney General and became a “political case” as described it testimony by the AG investigator. More about that later. Upon his arrest Jason and his companion Alexandria had their lives turned upside down. They moved from their comfortable lives in Lakewood Ohio where Jason was a professional driver and Alexandria was attending Arizona State University and worked at Starbucks. The simple life was a happy life. Since his conviction Jason has lost everything important. He lost his mother with a diagnosis of cancer and a short time to live. He was never able to talk to her between his incarceration and her death. He lost friendships and now has a strained relationship with his daughters due to his depression and he has a broken heart due to his loss of his best friend Alexandria. His life will never be the same. While Jason wishes he never had to suffer this tragedy, he would never wish it to go away. The people that he loves have had children including his own two grandchildren that would not be here if he had not gone to prison. He is also happy that his own children’s mother has been able to progress in her life.
