This bill included zip ties, extra police charges, and even charges for the fire department being near by. Also all kinds of supplies for the police. This had never happened in the history of the PHCA festival. Continue reading…
Post 63 – Trial – Closing Arguments (part 3)
Anita Serda, Finances, Heights, Jason, Kristie Koester, Medical Account, Ohio Innocence Project, PHCA, Real Estate, Richland Correctional Institution, Spencer Moody, Stephanie Serda, Toledo Community Foundation, VisalusHe wanted to do a for-profit property management thing where you’re going to buy the property and turn the whole thing around. This is clearly demonstrated when he talked about.” Kind of says it all. Does not really make any accusation or proof of theft. It actually seems to say Jason intended to build up the neighborhood. Seems kind of like the opposite of trying to ruin it and have it bulldozed. Continue reading…
Post 59 – Trial – Stephanie Serda (recall p2)
“We have the ability to take the dollars out of it and invest in the interest of the PHCA. We would buy homes/lots, rent them, resale them back into our community, and reinvest the monies.” Continue reading…

Post 50 – Trial – Douglas Kinder (part 7)
Anita Serda, Complaint, Douglas Kinder, Investigation, Jesse Spier, Meeting Minutes, Paul Belazis, PHCA, Real Estate, Spencer Moody, Stephanie Serda, Theft, VisalusIn this case, the PHCA and its representatives made the complaint, right? Nope. Nobody from the PHCA. So, Mr. Kinder, if the business you are saying was stolen from does not cooperate with you, testify at trial, or sign a legal complaint, why are you proceeding with a case? If the business doesn’t say they were stolen from, how do you proceed with a theft case against someone? Who does Mr. Craig hold responsible for this corrupt trial? You seem to be the guy. Continue reading…
Post 43 – Trial – Phyllis Haas
Attorney General, Corruption, D&W Development, Dawn Sanderson, Foreclosure, Kristie Koester, Perrysburg, Phyllis Haas, Prosecutor’s Office, Real Estate, Sheriff’s Sale, Walter Celley, Wood CountyHaas “No. This one was an actual foreclosure. It looks like D&W Development.” The same D&W development that township administrator Walter Celley owns. Also, we are sure, coincidentally, Walter Celley and his partner Dawn Sanderson filed this foreclosure right before the AG’s office went to the prosecutors. The timing seems suspicious. Would Celley know that these properties would be taken if Jason was found guilty? At Walt’s insistence to the AG? Continue reading…
Post 35 – Trial – Kristie Koester (part 2)
Attorney General, Cashier’s Check, Checks, Jason, KeyBank, Kristie Koester, PHCA, Real Estate, Rentals, VisalusWhen Jason would withdraw cash from the PHCA, he had it put into cashier’s checks so he had a record of the cash for purchases. This happened for Visalus, purchases of lawn equipment, and the real estate investment. Why? Well during the high sales of Visalus, it was important for the funds to be available in the accounts to purchase more. So, as most everyone knows, cashier’s checks would be made available upon the deposit of them. Why were the cashier’s checks in Jason’s personal name? Policy for KeyBank, we assume. PHCA was not a person. When Jason would withdraw… Continue reading…
Post 28 – Trial – Corey Pratt (part 2)
Corey Pratt, Corruption, D&W Development, Dawn Sanderson, Homes, Kristie Koester, Real Estate, Walter Celley, Wood CountyAnd in this case, we did make a presentation or a recommendation to the prosecuting attorney to take a look at this. This is what I would deem to be kind of a political case.” A political case with Perrysburg Township that was controlled by Walter Celley, former divorce attorney to Anita Serda, owner of D&W development which is the company that foreclosed on Kristie and Jason’s home plus took two additional houses from them due to a late payment. Not an unpaid payment, a late one. This is the politician who pushed the political case on behalf of the… Continue reading…

Board, Forged, Meeting Minutes, PHCA, Real Estate, Stephanie Serda, Toledo Community Foundation, TrialAnderson “Would it have required board approval?” Serda “Yes.” Anderson “And do you recall how that occurred I’m that particular case?” Serda “You mean did we vote for it?” Anderson “Correct.” Serda “Yes.” Continue reading…
Post 18 – Trial – Stephanie Serda (part 2)
Serda “And I remember him explaining a product called Visalus. Basically it was like a health shake or something. And he told, you know, myself and then another worker, you know, if we could sign up and be part of the program, you know, we would set it up so it was set up personally, like through me, and then through my coworker. And then we could turn it around so that we would donate the proceeds to the community center.” Continue reading…
