Anita Serda, Complaint, Douglas Kinder, Investigation, Jesse Spier, Meeting Minutes, Paul Belazis, PHCA, Real Estate, Spencer Moody, Stephanie Serda, Theft, VisalusIn this case, the PHCA and its representatives made the complaint, right? Nope. Nobody from the PHCA. So, Mr. Kinder, if the business you are saying was stolen from does not cooperate with you, testify at trial, or sign a legal complaint, why are you proceeding with a case? If the business doesn’t say they were stolen from, how do you proceed with a theft case against someone? Who does Mr. Craig hold responsible for this corrupt trial? You seem to be the guy. Continue reading…

I have a tax document for 2013; but that’s all I remember.” Continue reading…

Post 19 – Trial – Stephanie Serda (part 3)
The Wood County prosecutors had the records of Jason, Kristie, and Dawid along with a few others buying all the Visalus product. There will be more testimony on this. However, they charged him with stealing these reimbursements. The Wood County investigator Douglas Kinder lied about not being able to track the money. The bank records show the purchase of Visalus. The Visalus records show where the purchases came from. Continue reading…

Serda “And I remember him explaining a product called Visalus. Basically it was like a health shake or something. And he told, you know, myself and then another worker, you know, if we could sign up and be part of the program, you know, we would set it up so it was set up personally, like through me, and then through my coworker. And then we could turn it around so that we would donate the proceeds to the community center.” Continue reading…

Post 16 – Trial – Day 1 Commentary
$238k, $4000, Anita Serda, Board, Chico Martinez, Festival, Finances, Fundraising, Jason, Jesse Spier, Kristie Koester, PHCA, Stephanie Serda, Steve Kramer, TheftSome facts you need to know are that the PHCA had less than a $100,000 annual budget not including the festival. $42,000 of that money alone was Stephanie Serda’s salary. Anita made over $4000 to plan the festival. The accusation of Jason stealing $238,000 over 4 months is insane in and of itself. The PHCA could not raise that in years. How would Anita not believe something was wrong if a quarter of a million just disappeared? Pay close attention to the meeting minutes. They show a lot. Continue reading…
Post 10 – Trial – Anita Serda (part 3)
Ms. Serda again deflects responsibility. The truth is that her daughter had a $42,000 salary. Anita received thousands of dollars to organize a festival and her son had access to a classroom at the community center to use as a dance studio. Continue reading…
