$238k, Board, Douglas Kinder, Finances, Jason, Paul Belazis, Perrysburg, PHCA, Stealing, Steve Kramer, Theft, VolunteeringI do appreciate the support from the community center. I appreciate the fact that they have never, at no time ever accused me of stealing any funds from them. And I just hope that you, the court, realize that sometimes the prosecution just gets it wrong. I love my family. I love my community. I love the community center. And I thank you for letting me talk. Continue reading…
Post 50 – Trial – Douglas Kinder (part 7)
Anita Serda, Complaint, Douglas Kinder, Investigation, Jesse Spier, Meeting Minutes, Paul Belazis, PHCA, Real Estate, Spencer Moody, Stephanie Serda, Theft, VisalusIn this case, the PHCA and its representatives made the complaint, right? Nope. Nobody from the PHCA. So, Mr. Kinder, if the business you are saying was stolen from does not cooperate with you, testify at trial, or sign a legal complaint, why are you proceeding with a case? If the business doesn’t say they were stolen from, how do you proceed with a theft case against someone? Who does Mr. Craig hold responsible for this corrupt trial? You seem to be the guy. Continue reading…

Post 23 – Trial – Elisa Rodriguez (part 1)
Elisa was not a part of the PHCA for any of the “theft” in question. It was clear that the State was desperate to find people to lie and testify against Jason. It is clear that since Jason caused her husband to leave the community center and her credit card fraud from the community city center, she had an ax to grind. Continue reading…
Post 16 – Trial – Day 1 Commentary
$238k, $4000, Anita Serda, Board, Chico Martinez, Festival, Finances, Fundraising, Jason, Jesse Spier, Kristie Koester, PHCA, Stephanie Serda, Steve Kramer, TheftSome facts you need to know are that the PHCA had less than a $100,000 annual budget not including the festival. $42,000 of that money alone was Stephanie Serda’s salary. Anita made over $4000 to plan the festival. The accusation of Jason stealing $238,000 over 4 months is insane in and of itself. The PHCA could not raise that in years. How would Anita not believe something was wrong if a quarter of a million just disappeared? Pay close attention to the meeting minutes. They show a lot. Continue reading…
